Mysteries Lab, Critical Path/Cementa, Kandos 2021
Is there a place for magic in contemporary dance?
Critical Path, in partnership with Cementa, have invited a group of artists to explore this question in our upcoming ‘Mysteries’ Lab. The lab, held in Kandos from 21-25 September 2021, focuses on sharing, research, reflection and collaborative exploration. Not ‘making’ at this point – at least not toward a specific product or outcome.
I was a participating artist with Gabrielle Bates, Latai Taumoepeau, Leo Cremonese and Peter Swain, with guest artist & provocateur Alex Wisser. Critical Path’s Director, Claire Hicks, provided the lab support and facilitation.
